About Bryan


Bryan was born & raised in Los Angeles and has had a keen interest in sports & fitness his whole life. While working in the TV industry he discovered CrossFit and Strength & Conditioning. This ignited a passion to help others get on the path to health and wellness using the principles & techniques he had learned. Shortly after this discovery he began taking steps towards a career transition into the fitness realm. For the last 5½  years he has been coaching CrossFit, working with sports teams of all levels and conducting one on one training with clients ranging from beginners to professional athletes, individuals to teams, from kids to seniors.

Bryan’s credentials and studies show his dedication to his craft, his passion for fitness and his commitment to helping his clients achieve health & wellness.

Bryan is the co-owner of CrossFit Órale 323 in Los Angeles. He is the principal Strength & Conditioning Coach at the San Gabriel Elite Volleyball Club in Los Angeles where he and his team train over 600 athletes. And he also is currently the strength & conditioning coach at John Burroughs High School in Burbank, CA working primarily with the Soccer & Volleyball programs. ​​
