Personal Training Sessions

  • Free one-on-one consultation with Bryan where goals will be discussed and action plan will be put together 

  • Sessions will be on-site at agreed upon location. 

  • Number of sessions and length of each session will be determined during your initial consultation.

  • Pricing is per session, per multiple-session package or set sessions per month.

  • Monthly reviews to check in, monitor progress & adjust anything if needed.

Online Personal Training

  • Free consultation (via video call if you’re not in Los Angeles) to come up with a plan to help you reach your fitness goals.

  • You will receive a training plan electronically for you to follow in your gym, on your schedule.

  • Pricing is monthly (3 month minimum)

  • Review at the end of each cycle to check in, monitor progress & determine next steps.

Sport Specific Training

  • Strength & Plyometric based exercises to improve coordination, power, speed, & agility

  • Injury Prevention based program that best fits athletes fitness goals 

  • Learning proper cool down and warm up methods to help athlete recover between training sessions, practices and games 

  • Online program (3 month minimum) follows a 3-4x a week workout regimen for either individuals or teams. 

  • Online program; review at the end of each cycle to monitor progress and see pre and post testing results.

Group / Team Training

  • Whole team training program that follows specific strength, agility and plyometric programs that best suit their given sport or overall team fitness goals 

  • May also be up to 2-4 players with similar goals that want to go the extra mile together! 

  • All sessions are specific to given team / group(s) aspirations
